Returns & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

Because our products are digital goods (downloads, access, or electronically delivered content), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical items, and once the content has been delivered, it cannot be revoked.

If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at support@linkplugs.com and we'll help you confirm you're purchasing the correct product.

Issues With Delivery or Access

If you're having trouble receiving your file, accessing your download, or viewing your product, please contact us at support@linkplugs.com and we'll help by:

  • Locating your download link

  • Resending the delivery email (if applicable)

  • Troubleshooting access issues

  • Confirming the correct email address was used at checkout

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can assist you promptly.

Wrong Product Purchased

If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, email support@linkplugs.com within 24 hours of purchase and before downloading or accessing the product.

If the product has not been accessed or delivered, we may, at our sole discretion, correct the issue by providing the intended product or issuing store credit.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact support@linkplugs.com first so we can work to resolve it. Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in the loss of access to the product and/or account restrictions while the dispute is being investigated.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Device or software incompatibility

  • Lack of results or unmet performance expectations, as outcomes from digital educational or informational products vary by individual

If there is a genuine issue, such as a broken file, incorrect product delivery, or access failure, we will work to correct the problem.
