This Seller Agreement is entered into between HMRESELLS LLC / LinkPlugs.shop and the approved third-party seller or vendor.

The seller agrees to provide accurate information about their business, products, services, pricing, fulfillment method, and delivery timelines. The seller confirms that all products, services, links, guides, resources, or vendor information provided are lawful, accurate, and do not violate any intellectual property rights, payment processor rules, card network rules, or applicable laws.

The seller agrees not to provide or promote counterfeit goods, illegal goods, stolen goods, restricted products, controlled substances, weapons, adult content, misleading claims, or any product/service prohibited by HMRESELLS LLC, LinkPlugs.shop, payment processors, or applicable law.

The seller is responsible for fulfilling any approved products, services, digital access, or vendor information as described. The seller must cooperate with any customer service issue, refund review, chargeback response, compliance request, or verification request.

HMRESELLS LLC / LinkPlugs.shop reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any seller for inaccurate information, customer complaints, chargebacks, fraud concerns, policy violations, illegal activity, or failure to provide requested documentation.

The seller agrees to indemnify and hold HMRESELLS LLC / LinkPlugs.shop harmless from claims, disputes, losses, chargebacks, penalties, or legal issues caused by the seller’s products, services, misrepresentations, or violations of this agreement.

This agreement may be updated as needed for compliance, payment processing, or business requirements.
